Young Garter snake

This was a young Garter snake that I caught sunning itself on a sidewalk in early may. I almost stepped on him and he slithered off into these leaves to hide. I grabbed my camera and went back to photograph him he posed quite nicely for me and I was able to get this shot.

Bunnies on the Trail

I caught these Bunnies running down the trail late one evening on my way out of Blacklick woods metro park. I was surprised that they were running right at me and expected something to run out behind them chasing them. However nothing was chasing them they were just playing.

I found this yearling doe with it's mother walking in the rain in a local metro park. I don't know who was more wet the deer or me.

Playing hide and seek with a young mink

This year for my birthday late in June I had an amazing experience with a family of mink. I came across three young mink playing under a pine tree with mom nearby. It didn't take long for the young ones to become curious of me and soon I found myself being part of their game.

Rebelious Youth

This young Bald Eagle was harassing a nest adult. Eventually the nester was able to call in it's mate and drove this guy off.
